Oggi vi lascio in velocità una ricetta velocissima, per me spesso salva cena. È una focaccia integrale di farro con origano, che non dovendo riposare lievitando è ideale da preparare anche la sera dopo il lavoro. Spesso la preparo quando faccio delle insalatone svuotafrigo e ho bisogno di qualcosa per acccompagnarle, oppure da mangiare con hummus o guacamole (che mangio un pò con qualsiasi cosa :D).
Ingredienti focaccia integrale di farro con origano
Ecco cosa ci servirà:
- 450 gr di farina di farro integrale
- 250 ml di acqua
- mezzo cubetto di lievito di birra o mezza bustina di lievito per preparazioni salate
- mezzo cucchiaino di zucchero
- un cucchiaino di sale rosa
- olio evo qb
- origano qb
Procedimento
Dopo aver setacciato la farina uniamo gradualmente l’acqua, in seguito lievito, olio, zucchero e infine un pochino di sale.
Impastiamo il tutto e stendiamo su una teglia leggermente oliata. Oliamo poi anche la superficie della focaccia e andiamo poi a creare dei buchi sulla superficie con le dita.
Aggiungiamo infine l’origano a piacimento e inforniamo per circa 18/20 minuti in forno già caldo a 190 gradi.
Se questa ricetta vi è piaciuta vi consiglio di provare anche la ricetta della focaccia alla zucca e quella della focaccia con patate.
